Policies

Rates are based on double occupancy in most cases.

Gratuities - While gratuities are not included in prices on most trips, some participating lodges in the Lodge to Lodge Ski program charge gratuities or service fees. These fees will be added to the listed price of the trip.

Sales and Lodging Taxes are not included in the listed prices. Upon making a reservation, these are also added to the trip price.

Prices may change at anytime without notice. However, once a trip is confirmed, the price at which your trip is confirmed will not be changed.

A deposit equal to one third of the price of your trip is due within seven (7) days after placing your reservation. This deposit is refundable, less $50, if cancellation is received sixty (60) or more days prior to the scheduled start of your trip.

Credit card, check or money order accepted for your deposit.

A confirmation notice is sent upon receipt of your deposit. This confirmation includes your trip itinerary, a description of any special arrangements you have requested and the due date and amount of your final payment.

Full and final payment is due no later than thirty (30) days before the scheduled start of your trip. Final payment accepted by check or money order.

All checks should be made payable to Boundary Country Trekking.

Reservation changes in dates or reduction in party size subject to a $25 handling fee.

Travel Insurance

Trip and cancellation insurance is available through our office. Insurance information is sent out with your confirmation notice and/or upon request. Insurance benefits include insuring your deposit and advance payments from loss should you cancel your trip due to illness or other covered unforeseen circumstances. Pre-existing medical condition exclusion waived if insurance purchased within seven days of initial trip deposit.
