We are located along the Gunflint Trail Scenic Byway, just a short thirty-mile drive from the Lake Superior Coastal town of Grand Marais. There is always plenty to do— hiking, mountain biking and ski trails start at our Guesthouse front door. There is canoeing, swimming and great fishing in our lake and adjoining BWCA lakes. Moose viewing is always popular activity along the Gunflint Trail and the area is renowned for birding. We offer special Guided and Self-Guided Birding Tours and Birding Packages with Lodging.
