Dog sledding – mush your own team

Mush your own team by taking turns at the helm of the sled. Mushing adventures are led by a 20+ year experienced dog musher who serves as your instructor and guide. You will learn about the history of the dog team, how they are cared for, what they like to eat – and ask questions! There is a lot that goes into having and training a dog team.

Minnesota's Boundary Water Canoe Area Wilderness (BWCA) trips are available from December through mid March, depending on snow conditions.

On Boundary Country Trekking trips you learn about dog sledding by doing it! Up to two people on a sled where you can take turns at the helm of the sled.
